🇫🇷 The Nieuport 11 "Bébé" was a French single-seat sesquiplane fighter introduced in 1916 during World War I. Designed by Gustave Delage for Nieuport, it was developed to counter the Fokker Eindecker and quickly restored Allied air superiority. Lightweight, agile, and highly maneuverable, it became one of the most iconic fighter aircraft of the early air war.
