🇫🇷 The Fouga CM.170 Magister is a twin-engine, tandem-seat jet trainer developed by Fouga in the early 1950s. Powered by two Turbomeca Marboré turbojet engines, it offered smooth handling, reliability, and efficient performance suited for pilot training. Its distinctive V-tail design and lightweight airframe contributed to excellent maneuverability and stable flight characteristics. Renowned for its role as a primary jet trainer, the Magister was widely used by numerous air forces and aerobatic teams, including the Patrouille de France, throughout the second half of the 20th century.
