🇺🇸 The Douglas TBD Devastator is a carrier-based torpedo bomber developed for the U.S. Navy in the 1930s. Powered by a Pratt & Whitney radial engine, it was one of the first all-metal monoplanes used in naval aviation, capable of carrying torpedoes or bombs in early World War II operations.
